How our discounts work

When you see a discounted price on our website (shown as a crossed-out price alongside a lower current price), the crossed-out price represents the lowest price we offered for that product in the 30 days immediately preceding the current promotion. This is in line with the EU's consumer protection rules (the "Omnibus" Directive, 2019/2161, and Article L.112-1-1 of the French Consumer Code).

What this means for you

• The discount you see is real — not inflated or artificial.
• We do not raise prices right before a sale in order to advertise a bigger discount.
• If a promotion runs for an extended period, or if there are successive markdowns, the reference price remains the lowest price applied before the first reduction in that promotional period

Bundle offers

Our "Buy 2" / "Buy 3" bundle pricing reflects genuine savings compared to purchasing the same items individually at their standard price, plus any additional shipping or percentage discount clearly stated at checkout.
