These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) govern the purchase and sale of products through the DOTO Club website (dotoclub.com). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

3. Prices & Payment

  • All prices are listed in euros (€) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment must be made in full at checkout via the secure payment methods offered (Stripe, PayPal, credit/debit cards, etc.).

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of payment issues or suspected fraud.

4. Order Confirmation

  • After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

  • The sales contract is formed only once we confirm acceptance of your order and dispatch the products.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping is available across the European Union.

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the order is delivered to the shipping carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • For food products, returns are not accepted for reasons of hygiene and safety unless the product is defective or damaged.

  • If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with proof (photo).

  • Refunds or replacements will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

  • You are responsible for ensuring that your purchase and consumption of our products comply with your local laws and regulations.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • DOTO Club is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or personal expectations regarding product effects.

  • Our products are confectionery items and not medical or pharmaceutical products.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

  • These Terms are governed by French law.

  • In case of dispute, the parties will first attempt an amicable resolution. If unresolved, disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
