Make a video featuring DOTO. If it reaches 5,000 views, we refund 50% of your order. At 10,000 views, we refund 100%.

How it works

1. Order DOTO on dotoclub.com.
2. When it arrives, film a video with it and post it publicly on TikTok or Instagram Reels, within 30 days of delivery.
3. 14 days after posting, send us your proof. If your video has reached the views below, you get your refund.

The refund is calculated on the price of the products in your order (shipping not included). We pay it back to your original payment method within 14 days of approving your claim.

Video rules

• Your own, original video, posted publicly on TikTok or Instagram Reels.
• The DOTO box or the caramels are clearly visible.
• Tag @dotoclub.fr and use #DOTOdrop in your caption.
• Turn on the platform's branded-content label (TikTok: Content disclosure, Instagram: Paid partnership). This keeps your video from being taken down.
• Only natural views count. Paid promotion, boosted posts or bought views are not eligible.
• Talk about your experience: the box, the moment, who you shared it with. Please don't make claims about health or about effects of the ingredients. We can't accept videos that do.
• Keep the video online for at least 30 days after you claim.

How to claim

14 days after posting, email info@dotoclub.com with:

• your order number,
• the link to your video,
• a screenshot of the video's analytics showing the views (TikTok: open the video → ⋯ → Analytics).

Using your video

By taking part, you allow DOTO to share your video on our channels and to run it as an ad for 60 days. On TikTok, we will ask you for an ad authorization code (your video → ⋯ → Ad settings → Generate code). The video stays yours.

The small print

• One refund per order and one per video.
• Valid for orders placed on dotoclub.com from 20 October 2026.
• Views are counted 14 days after posting.
• We may refuse videos whose views look artificial, and we may ask for more proof.
• We may change or end this program at any time. Videos already posted under these rules stay eligible.
• This program does not affect your statutory rights, including your right of withdrawal.
